Schedule sending email

On Outlook for PC there is and Option to under "Options" to "not to send
before". This schedules the email to be sent on a specific date in the
future.

Entourage does not have this feature. I called MS and they confirmed that
Entourage cannot provided this function.

Has anyone developed of found a why of scheduling specific emails to be
send?
