When scheduling a meeting in Outlook 2003 the program can show if the
attendee(s) time is free. However, it allows the meeting organizer to go
ahead and shedule a meeting that conflicts with the attendee(s) other
meetings. Is there any way that this can be prevented as the meeting
organizer doe not alway look to see whether or not there is a conflict.
Also, attendee's calendars who are not logged in does not seem to be
consulted if the user(s) are not logged in. Has anyone else experienced this?
