Scheduled send and receive

For some reason using the scheduled send and receive all doesn't retrieve my
pop mail, new mail is retrieved when I use the send and receive button (I'm
using 2004) any idea how I fix this?

Make sure that you have the "include this account in my send and
receive all schedule" option selected in the Edit Account window.
Also make sure that the schedule itself is setup properly.

Make sure the checkbox in the account settings for that particular account
that says "Include this account in my send and receive all schedule" is
checked. "Send and Receive All" really means "Send and Receive those with
the box checked".
