I have been asked to schedule some reports to run automatically from one of
my Access applications. I can get past the scheduling part with no problem
using a separate database that opens via the Task Scheduler & prints the
required reports and then closes itself. This is simple with a printer;
however, most PDF-creation programs require user interaction to specify the
path & filename of the output.
Right now, I am using the free version of CutePDF for manual PDF output.
Does anyone know of methods in Access or a product (freeware or not) to
which I can pass path/filename arguments from Access at runtime to fully
automate this process?
I know that there are several Crystal-related report scheduling products
available, but I really don't want to have to rewrite all my reports in
