Scheduling time off

Why, when I'm entering a new appointment, does entourage automatically
schedule it on the calendar one hour earlier? There's some message at the
top that it's adjusting for my time zone. But in preferences, the time zone
is eastern, which is the correct one. However, it apparently thinks I'm in
central?

Hi Duke!

Have you also checked your Mac's time zone setting? This is in the Date
& Time Control Panel for Mac OS 9 or Date & Time System Preferences pane
in Mac OS X.
