Hello. I'm using Outlook 2000 (Office 2000 SP3). In Inbox,
while viewing message previews, the icons in the "Sort by:
Icon" column are scrambled (unrecognizable). Normally, the
icons depict things such as an unopened or opened
envelope, etc. Can this be corrected without a complete
uninstall/reinstall? If it's unclear which icons I'm
describing, open Outlook's Help, submit "symbols" to the
Answer Wizard, then click on "Symbols in Inbox".
