Scrambled text in e-mail

Hello there,

I know there has been a previous posting regarding this problem that I don't
know if anyone else is currently experiencing.

The problem that I have is when I open most HTML encoded e-mails, most, if
not all, of the text looks "scrambled". Here's an image of what it looks
like: http://members.shaw.ca/philipling/1.tiff

Yet, if I go to the View... Source, I could see the message (in plain text)
form perfectly. Same thing if I click reply:

This happened before upgrading to 11.1 and after. I have tried reinstalling
Entourage, rebuilding the database, and nothing has changed.

It is more a nuisance more than anything... And any help in that matter is
greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Try cleaning out the computers font cache. Free tool here:
