Scrapbook and Clippings

What files/images can I copy to the scrapbook? How does this process work? Once an item is in the scrapbook can it be added to Clippings?

Hello, How do I get an item into clippings? What sort of items can I place in clippinggs? The Add button opens a dialogue box asking for title etc etc but I can't write anything. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
