Screen Cam Videos on VBA? (for free)

Hi,
I have been looking for screencam videos for VBA like Bob Tabor's
LearnVisualStudion.NET stuff for VB.NET, C#.NET, whatever.NET. I looked into
VB.NET a while back when the Express Edition came out but gave up after a
while. I found it quite easy to start learning with these videos but find
that I still need to do a heck of a lot of MS Access stuff so I'm interested
to learn VBA. Can anybody help me?

If there aren't any free screencam videos about then maybe some good
websites for beginners?
