Script to write Info to MS access file.

I need script that I can attached to Group policy where users on login will
be asked to type in there Extension NO and Department and write all this in
to the MS Access file for me to publish in the intranet.

Script should read Users name from the login ID and write that to file too
without allowing user to amend there name.

Are you interested in learning how to write such a script, or are you
expecting that someone will volunteer to write your script for you with the
small amount of detail you have given?
