I am having a new problem controlling the vertical scrollbar in Access 2000
tables, queries, forms, etc, but not in other Office 2000 applications.
Whenever I drag the scrollbar down from a just-opened table, form or query,
it spontaneously returns to the top. I can, however, scroll down using my
keyboard. At that point, the scrollbar will then return to a position
consistent with the center of focus no matter where I move it. In other
words, keyboard scrolling supersedes rather than complements the use of the
scrollbar. Why can't I scroll using either method independently? Thanks.
