Help Please. I am unable to use my scroll wheel in the Address Book of
Outlook 2002 (SP 3 Installed). It works throughout the rest of the program,
such as scrolling through messages, etc. Also, moving the sliding bar on the
right of the screen does not move the entries either. This is a major
inconvenience for me.
