scrolling lists

Hi I have another tough question for the experts...

I want to make a scrolling list of for example cars

honda ford gm toyota etc. then beside the list another scrolling list that
pops for say honda 535 626 prelude and so on with the models and so aperson
first scrols to the make then gets the model and then i am putting in
pictures of it. how do I write that kind of code for frontpage any help would
be appreciated for this double scrolling list.
