scyronisation with hotmail live

I have "upgraded" my hotmail account to the Live format and so far
have been unable to replicate or sychronize with Entourage 11.3.6 Is
this just me or a known issue. I have contacted the support team at
Live and they have no interest in helping, rather referring me to
Entourage support.

Someone else reported the same problem here recently. You might want
to search this news group to see what everyone had to say about it.

(For future reference, it's considered good form to search for your
question before posting in case your question has already been answered
and so people don't have to repeat themselves. ; )

I just did a quick search but didn't see this problem. I'm wondering
the same thing because I want to close my hotmail account, but first
pull all my messages off. So I thought paying extra for the hotmail
plus or whatever so I can gain Entourage access would be a good start.
