Seaching multiple Contact Lists

In outlook 2007 When you go to send an email and i click on the "To" button.
I want to search both my GAL and personal contacts at the same time for
Contacts. Is this possible and how do I accomplish this.

That is not possible. Outlook can only search one address list at a time.
