Search and open Contacts and Mail

Hi

I have a user who has access to another users mailbox and when doing
searches within the Inbox and Contacts after a while items searched for
cannot be opened. Error message is Cannot open object. Is this a Forms cache
corruption or does anyone know if there's a permanent fix rather than having
to keep clearing cache and closing\re opening Outlook?
