search by contact group

Hello,
I would like to create a custom mail view where if an email is from a person in a contact group, it is filtered to a specific folder. This group is always growing, and I do not want to have to manually add new members to both the contact list AND to the filter, or create a new saved search every time with the entire list, which has 50+ contacts. What I want is to create a saved search, change the field to "From", and enter the name of my list. So, is there a way to do this?

I'd suggest creating a category and using that in your saved search.
You'll need to add the contact to your Address Book anyway and at the
same time you can assign that contact your new category.
