We own a small clothing boutique. Often we have requests for specific
items and I've been entering those into "Interests" under the Personal
tab. I'd like to periodically search the field for specific items so
that if they are in the store I can e-mail for call the customer.
However, I am now realizing that this is not a searchable field and,
to boot, you cannot create a custom field in the Personal tab.
Anybody aware of a work-around for this, other than placing the
information in another field which is searchable?
