Searching Entourage

Is there any way to search Entourage in a particular folder, and search
everything? I know you can either specify the "message" or "title,
subject and names" but why can't you do both? Or am I missing
something?
Please help.

Click on the 'more choices' button in the 'simple' search window, or select
the folder you wish to search before hitting cmd-F - you then get the option
to search just that folder or all folders.

Alternatively, get used to hitting cmd-opt-F to take you directly to the
advanced search window.

Okay, I have that much figured out...but the problem is, is will either
search the message body or the subject, title and names. But it won't
search both. Isn't that odd? Please help.
