Searching for emails from domain

Email Client: Exchange

When I use the simple mailbox search ("From";"Contains"), why doesn't it search the actual from email addresses?

For instance, if I have an email from [email protected] <Customer Service>, it won't show up in a search for "jack", "psnmail", or even "[email protected]". But if I search on "customer service", it pops up.

I'm constantly needing to find emails from a specific domain, and have to use the master search area which is much slower. What step am I missing or is this "just the way it is"?

You should be able to do this with the Spotlight search and not the simple
find search box.

From contains: enter domain
Select All Messages in the top bar (peachy brown)
