Second email account on Entourage

I cannot get my second account working again as it was before the updates
installation for microsoft office 2004 and the resetting of my password.

Shall I start again?

Should the settings be the same as for the Dominant account

Hi Rebekah,

I'm afraid you'll need to be more specific. What exactly is not working? Can
you send e-mails form that account, or can you receive them? What kind of
e-mail account is it, POP, IMAP, Hotmail or Exchange? In how far is it
different from your default e-mail account?

You could try to set it up again in Tools>Accounts and see if it is working
now; if not, post back and give us as many answers to the above questions as
possible.

Hi:

How do I install a second account on entourage?

Since I updated to 11.3.2 the second account is not working and I deleted it
waiting for information on how to install it.

The account is a POP account

My email account is [email protected] and the second account I
[email protected].

Choose 'new > e-mail account' from the File Menu, and enter your email
address in the wizard - it should all be simple to follow after that.
