secondary axis creation on bar graphs

Could anyone help me out ? I am trying to create a bar graph with a primary
(left side) axis and a secondary (right side) axis and can't find the tool to
allow me to create it from scratch. I have one that someone else created but
would like to know how to do it myself.

Create the bar graph as usual, then right-click a data series and choose
Format Data Series. On the Axis tab, click secondary axis.

Oh, you know, if you want the axis on the right, you're creating what PPT
calls a "column chart," and you need to make sure you use a 2D column chart
type, as you cannot add a secondary value axis on the 3D column chart.
