Secure connection

When Entourage 2004 (v 11.1.0, OS X 10.3.8, 15" AlBook) is started, it
warns, "Unable to establish a secure connection to <server> because the
correct root certificate is not installed." I've followed the hint to use
Microsoft Cert Manager to install the certificate but it reports that the
certificate is installed. Finally, under another user on the same computer,
Entourage starts up properly. Can anybody help?
