see message in spam killer but when send/receive in outlook GONE

Ihave Mcafee spam killer and a domain is in the friend list and shows up as
available. I then try to send/receive in outlook 2003 and it does not show up
as blocked received or anywhere. when I look on the sight the whole message
is gone? I receive other messages from this domain but a type with an
attachment disappears and is nowhere in outlook or spam killer?
