Seeing other users schedules when making a calendar appointment

I am a mac entourge user living on a PC network with a microsoft
exchange server. When making appointments through Entourage, I can not
see the schedules or availability of other users on the "shedule" tab
on my calender. I can not even see the schedules of other users using
entourage or my own.

However I can see the schedules using mac outlook 2001 using classic.

It seems like entourage should be a more advance product. Why would
they have a tab that does not work? Why can't I see this?

Same problem here. Would be nice to at least see _my own_ calendar..

Hi Kristie!

Free/Busy viewing of other folks' calendars does work in Entourage.
Based on your description the problem sounds like you don't have your
"Public folders" server set correctly in Entourage. You'll do this under
Tools --> Accounts --> <your Exchange account> --> Advanced.

The public folders server is also responsible for the free/busy statuses
that you're looking for. Have a look at this information on the
Entourage Help Page for guidance
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>.

Hope this helps! bill
