Select Date in Pop-Up

I would like to place a field in a Word 2007 document where the user selects
a date from a pop-up using a field code.

Are you aware that there is a "DatePicker" content control available with
Word2007? Show the Developer Tab. The control is in the controls group,
bottom row, second from left.
