Select Earliest and Latest Dates froma Range of Data Q

I want to place a From and To date in a header of a report that will show
the earliest and latest dates for a set of data with a range that I have,
something like "This Report runs from 1/6/2004 to 5/6/2004. Problem I'm
having is that I have multiple dates the same i.e. I have 94 dates of
1/6/2004 - will this matter in the formula?

You would need that wrap the min and max functions with
TEXT(function,"mm/dd/yy")

Thanks Guys, I thought with multiple dates the same in the Range this would
have caused unreliable results
