Selecting a Single Contact from my Distribution List

V

VickieLand

Using Outlook 2000, I was able to open my Distribution list and select one or
two individuals. But now in Outlook 2007, I cannot find out how to do that.
Is it perhaps not available in 2007, or can you perhaps explain how to do it?
Thank you!

DL's are all or none. Always have been. You can't send to only a portion of
a DL unless you expand it in the message and remove the recipients you don't
want.
Why not just select the Contacts to which you want to send and skip the DL?

You were using Internet mode and some features found in it are not available
in newer versions, which kept the 'corporate/workgroup' features.

you can click the + sign and delete addresses you don't want.
