selecting cell

i recieved a workbook from a client
with which some rows are hilighted (yellow)

with this are instruction that those hilighted rows
are to be removed

is there a way to filter these rows so i can easily remove
them instead of going from top to bottom?

there's 5000 rows in this workbook
