Selecting folders for synchronization

I recently setup Entourage 2004 to work with my company's Exchange
2000 Server. It works great, but I'm highly disappointed with the time
it takes to sync. I have lots of folders and lots of messages in each
of them. I've setup a schedule to do "Send and Receive All" every 10
minutes, but I don't want to sync all the folders everytime.

Is there a way I can select which folders to synchronize in a schedule
? When I edit my schedules, there's a box which says "Click here for
Account Options" but that doesn't do anything.

What I'd like to do is to have some of my folders synchronize every
minute, some every 10 minutes and others every 30 minutes.

There's no way to do this short of *not* creating an Exchange account in
Entourage and instead setting up an IMAP account to go against your Exchange
server.

Can you still tell me why the "Click here for Account Options" button
doesn't do anything ? Microsoft documentation that I saw on the web did
indicate that I could select which folders to synchronize here.

I really don't want to go the IMAP route. What's the point of using
Entourage if I don't get Exchange support. I can get IMAP with just the
Mail.app from Apple.
