Selecting items from a Combo Box

Is there an easy way to select multiple items from a combo
box and pass those selections as parameters to a report?

No, a Combo is limited to having only one item selected at a time.

If you change the Combo to a ListBox and set it's Multi Select prop to
either Simple or Extended, you should be good to go. See Access Help for
more info.
