Selecting Members For A Distribution List - Outlook 2003

I deleted what I believe to be a corrupted distribution list. I attempting to
rebuild it, when I attempt to select members, nothing appears. It is as if I
have no contacts but all my contacts ARE there.
It appears Outlook cannot find the contact list (file). I am not given the
option to locate it.

Distribution Lists tend to be fragile. Categories are more flexible and
robust.

are you pressing the to button?

If you have Contacts in the Contacts folder but they are not accessible when
you click on the To button, check these settings:

Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?
