Selecting or changing an email account when using 'E-mail Merge Output'

Hi. Does anyone know how to select an email account when using the E-Mail Merge Output option ?

When using the standard email, the software allows you to select an email account to send the emails from, but it does not appear to allow you to do this when using the email merge function.
