Selective syncing for contacts

When I sync from Entourage to iCal I get a nice extra calendar called
Exchange, EXACTLY what I want but when I sync my contacts to
Addressbook it syncs EVERYTHING.... I do not want my personal contacts
on the company server. I want a group added to my Address book called
Exchange and have only THAT synced, just like the iCal sync.

I have tried everything but cant figure out how to do this or if it's
even possible.

Anyone know the answer to this one?

Well there is something you might be able to do, but it's not that
easy. If you have an Exchange account, you can split your contacts
between "On my computer" and Exchange and Entourage will only sync one
of the two (whichever is set as the default).
