Selfcert.exe

I have Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition and want to use a digital
signature but that version does not appear to have the Selfcert.exe file
available. How can I create a digital signature for myself with this version
of Office 2003?

By default you can find Selfcert.exe in the following location;
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office <version number>
If it is not there run Office setup and choose a custom installation and
then advanced customization. Expand the Office Shared Features Section and
select Digital Certificate for VBA Projects to run from your computer. For
Office 2000 you can find this under the Office Tools section.

It appears that the 2003 Student and Teacher Edition does not have the
ability to enable Selfcert.exe from what I have seen. Is this true? That is
what I am wondering and how can I correct this without having to get a new
version of Office?
