Create a schedule for that purpose. Click on Tools>Schedules, then on the
New button in the upper left corner. Leave the Occurrence set to Manually,
or change it according to your needs, and for the actions, choose the
following:
* "Send All" (note that this is no different from the Send All command in
the Send & Receive All schedule or the Send/Receive button in the menu bar,
so if you use any of these methods, do not even bother with this step.)
* "Receive News" from "[name of newsgroup server]". Click on the Account
options button that is right next to the newsgroup server field and tick all
the relevant checkboxes. Note that if you are subscribed to several
newsgroup directories, you will need to create new "Receive News" actions
for every single one of them.
Click on OK, and that's it.
