Send and receive problems now

Hi,

I emailed a couple of days ago with three emails that could not be deleted
from my sent box. You advised me to create a new identity. I did this and
the email disappeared, only to return again in both my old and new
identities. Additionally, when I now click send and receive nothing
happens.

Starting a new thread without any of the old info makes it really hard to
help.

Did you create a new Identity or a new Account? What type of account? (POP,
IMAP, Exchange)

It sounds like you have a bad message in your out box that's stopping the
send & receive. Open Entourage with the Shift key held down. This will stop
any schedules. Turn off Preview Pane and you should now be able to select
messages in the Outbox to delete.

Messages in other folders that don't delete often indicate database
corruption.
