send and receiving error

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

RECENTLY I AM HAVING PROBLEM WITH MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, I CANT SEEM TO DOWNLOAD
ANY EMAIL. WHEN I PRESS "SEND AND RECEIVE" THE MESSAGE SAID " Task
'pop.welltonjfk.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8004060C) :
'Unknown Error 0x8004060C'". IVE BEEN USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2002 FOR HALF
A YEAR, AND EVERYTHING WORKS FINE.

I ALREADY CONFIRM WITH MY WEBHOSTING PROVIDER AND EVERYTHING IS SETUP
CORRECTLY. I EVEN UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL AGAIN STILL WOULDNT WORK. PLEASE
HELP.
