We have tried this on several machines;
We have an issue whereby sending attachments from within Word for example
using Send To Email Recipient as Attachment makes the attachment remain as a
temporary message in the Outlook Outbox. This is a duplicate to the one you
actually send as the message details you compose as part of your standard
message is sent and is received with no problem.
However, the Outbox keeps a copy of the attachment as sent from within Word
with no header information or body text.
We have tried turning Word off as the email editor etc but this issue still
remains.
Has anyone come across this before or do you have any ideas as to a solution?
