Send Current Sheet by email

I need to place a button on the toolbar which will email the current
worksheet to a recipient whos address will be held in cell A1. I would also
like to send it without opening up the email program.

I can do this in Access but I can't find the equivilant command function for
excel.

Is there an easy way to do this? I do know that I can set up outlook on the
top of my worksheet but thats not a satisfactory solution.
