Send e-mails to multiple users with different info

I need to inform all employees of the company on a training course they're
required to take. I can't just send the message to the regular distribution
list because each one has its own password for taking the course. I have an
excel file with the login information corresponding to their e-mail
addresses. My e-mail message would be composed of instruction (same for
everyone), URL (same for everyone), password (different for everyone). How
can I send mass e-mails without editing individual ones in Outlook? If it
requires too much work, is there a program optimized for this purpose?

A mail merge in Word, using the Excel worksheet as the data source with the
output set to email messages, should work just fine for this.
