Send email from Entourage using Netzero as my ISP

Can anyone help me out. the techies at Netzero haven't read my
question and keep giving me the same solution to the problem I didn't
ask, I am not getting an error type 553.

I recieve an error -3280 from Entourage, "a connection failure has
occured" My email account is set up correctly (I can receive but
cannot send). I an using OSX 10.3.1. I am not certain if my LAN config
is set up properly. Can anyone shed some light, or provide a useful
resource to solve this problem

That doesn't mean much :-\ It means the POP (or IMAP) server is set
properly. The problem probably resides with the SMTP settings.

The -3280 error puzzles me a little bit... THat's usually associated
with receiving errors, not sending:
Error -3280... "Could not retreive mail from the account, a connection
failure has occured..."
