Send email later

Where is the option for not sending emails immediately. I would like
for all emails to stay in my Outbox until I decide to send them all.

There is a Send Later button on your toolbar. If you are using Entourage
2008 and do not see this button, you may need to add it (while composing a
message) at View > Customize Toolbar.

Open your Send & Receive Schedule.
Select Manually from the Occurrence popup.

If this is an occasional thing, you could use Work Offline to temporarily
stop schedule from firing.
