send message using outlook

I try to send message to yahoo mail account using outlook but I failled. I
don't know why ??!!!!!!!!!!!
first, I create new account in outlook by selecting http server and I select
hotmail then I enter my hotmail mail address.
when I try to send mail, errors were displayed
please help me

You can't really set up Outlook for Hotmail or Yahoo, or any other web-based
email provider. You can create a new folder in Outlook & set the homepage of
that folder to something like "http://www.hotmail.com", but it is the same
thing as opening up a web browser.

But you can't really set up an Outlook mail account when using these types
of email accounts.

You cannot use Yahoo HTTP mail with Outlook. Only Yahoo Plus Pop mail acct
works with Outlook.
