Can someone tell me what the registry key is to supress
the Send on Behalf of warning message in Outlook 2000.

Not sure what you mean. What kind of mail accounts? Using Exchange server,
with delegates? If users need the right to send mail from someone else, they
need Send As rights (set on the Exchange server itself), not Send on Behalf
of (which will trump the Send As rights).
