Send or Read return confirmation of my sent e-mail

In Microsoft Outlook there is the possibility to ask for a return message
when your e-mail message is received by the recipiënt and / or when your
message is opened by the recipiÎnt.

Does Microsoft Entourage v.X have the same possibility or perhaps does
Microsoft Entourage 2004 have this possiblity?
