Send page by e-mail problem

Cannot send page by e-mail more than once. Not sure if
this is an IE problem or an Outlook 2000 problem.

Whenever I attempt "Send page by e-mail", it will work the
first time. Subsequent attempts will generate error
message: "Could not open one or more attachments. Out of
memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs
and try again."

This happens every time (after the first one), even with
512MB RAM and a flushed cache, and running no other apps.
Can send link, but not page.

XP Pro
IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 with updates
Outlook 2000 SP3
