Send/Receive All receives but does not send

MacOS 10.5.2 Entourage 12.0.0
when I click on Send/Receive icon and choose Send and Receive all, it receives all but does not send any
how to fix?

It looks like a problem with your SMTP server.
Are you by any chance using Postfix??

do not know what Postfix is and search for Postfix with Spotlight found nothing save in some old archived folders

but clicking on Send All does send the stuff in the Outbox

Do you get an error? Does it try to send and fail or does it simply not
send? Can you send messages manually by hitting the "Send Now" button?

Make sure your Send & Receive All Schedule (Tools > Schedules) has the "Send
All" action.

no error
just happily receives but no sends
Send All from Send/Receive icon works and
Send from message bar works
Schedules has Send All enabled

solved
the Send Receive All Action had receive from all 5 accounts but no Send
I guess in the import from 2004 that was "omitted"
but now fixed
