Send receive groups and Group Policy in Outlook 2003

Hi

I've downloaded the Group Policy extensions for Windows Server 2003 and
loaded them into the Group Policy Editor, but there doesn't seem to be a
policy that will allow me to set Send / Receive Groups via Group Policy.

I've tried trawling through Technet & various online articles to no avail.
Is this feature available?
