Send/Receive Progress popup problem

My Send/Receive progress window will always popup even
though I have the box checked that says "don't show this
dialog box during send/receive". It will popup even
though Outllok 2002 is minimized, and will have to be
closed before I can go back to working on the application
I have open. Pleas help. Thanks.
